Importing champagne for more than 15 years has given us the opportunity to open a restaurant with traditional dishes combined with a wine list a little different from the usual lists.
Champagne of small “maisons” in the first place, but also small wine producers of our Monferrato.
A young brigade in the kitchen, led by Daniela Palestro, then allows us to serve traditional dishes, but also dishes based on fish or, in winter, based on goose.
In addition, we help reviving one of the most important historical places in Casale: the Palazzo Gozzani of Treville, from the mid-700s, home since 1827 of the “Filarmonica” of Casale Monferrato.
