We are certainly facing a company that, in terms of quality and excellence, has reached the highest levels.
Over the years, while remaining tied to a purely artisanal process, the sausage factory has been updated by developing the most modern technologies. The final result is a range of typical products of maximum reliability, with an uncommon skill of the workers behind everything (the cured meats are tied exclusively by hand, the maturing cells are covered with living brick so as to retain the "noble" molds, etc ).
The great experience and professionalism, combined with the particular characteristics of the microclimate (the sausage factory is located on the slopes of the Sacro Monte di Crea, a UNESCO heritage site and the highest hill in Monferrato) have done the rest, allowing the product to obtain the ancient flavours!
